The Challenge
CAT B joinery fit out of the new stadium over a 30 week programme. Design, supply and installation of bespoke joinery includes works to the bottle walls, bars, waiter stations, first aid rooms, wine fridges, hospitality bars, gantries, chef’s tables, media café kitchen, players gym, high tables, feature storage cupboards, buffet counters, coats cupboards and glass tank crates.; the challenge was further increased with the number of trade interfaces required to deliver main bars to hospitality areas along with size and scale of a stadium build.
The Solution
Dedicated Project team led at Director level with daily involvement. The design team worked hand in hand with F3 Architects to realise their vision and the project team proactively engaged with all site stakeholders to live and breath the activities of the project; high demand on the supply chain led to a de-risk approach of multi-supplier sourcing of key materials which ensured the programme was met and fixtured completed in advance to allow progressive snagging and handover prior to completion dates.
