In June 2019, DMA secured a contract for the maintenance of 20 Grosvenor Square, a super prime residential development situated in the heart of London. The challenge lay in managing and maintaining both the landlord areas and the luxurious residential apartments within this prestigious establishment.

Entrusted by Four Seasons Residences, we undertook the responsibility of maintaining the Mechanical and Electrical (M&E) services at 20 Grosvenor Square. We provided a comprehensive suite of services, including expertise in fit-out and joinery, which played a pivotal role in securing their confidence.
Our key responsibilities extended beyond routine tasks and included regular maintenance and compliance checks of the building’s central energy centre. We were also responsible for servicing the Cooling Induction Units (CIUs) and Heat Induction Units (HIUs) in each apartment, ensuring they operated at peak efficiency.
