    For customers managing an ongoing programme of works across an estate, a framework gives you a consistent delivery partner, continuity of team, and better value over time. Work is called off as needed, against agreed terms, so each project moves quickly without starting from scratch. It’s how we deliver some of our largest and longest-running customer relationships, and it’s the model we’re increasingly built around.
  • Through your existing maintenance contract
    For DMA maintenance customers, capital works are a natural extension of the relationship. We already know your buildings and how they operate, so we can scope and deliver projects with minimal lead-in.
