For the Second Consecutive Year, DMA Group has been awarded the  Housing 21 Outstanding Contractor of the Year for 2024!

Housing 21 – King Edward Court / Tovil Green Court / Emily Court

DMA Group are pleased to announce that we have been recognised and awarded as an  Outstanding Contractor of the Year, 2024 by Housing 21 and the residents of King Edward Court, Tovil Green Court and Emily Court for a second year. Our engineers deliver an expansive array of services including maintenance and repairs, handyperson, electrical and plumbing to name a few. This award is testament to the dedication and hard work of our service delivery teams who consistently strive to provide exception service to all our customers. We are extremely proud of their accomplishments and their recognition further reinforces our commitment to delivering high-quality services.

Housing 21 is a leading, not for profit provider of retirement housing and extra care for older people of modest means. Operating in nearly 200 local authority areas, they manage over 22,000 retirement and extra care living properties and providing over 38,000 hours of social care each week. King Edward Court, located in the coastal town of Herne Bay, comprises of 40 self-contained apartments. Tovil Green Court, located in Maidstone, consists of one- and two-bedroom properties and benefits from a range of communal facilities including a shop, hairdresser, gym, activity room, and restaurant. Emily Court, with its state-of-the-art facilities which include a hair salon, gym, activity room, internet café, restaurant and traditional corner shop, is situated in the village of Wilmington in Kent, and also consists of one and two bedroom properties.

This is the second year that Housing 21 have held the ‘Outstanding Contractor Awards’, and nomination submissions are open to residents across all of the Retirement Living and Extra Care schemes.
