DMA have been awarded the Outstanding Contractor Award from Housing 21, a testament to our values.
DMA Group are pleased to announce being awarded the Outstanding Contractor Award by Housing 21 and the residents of King Edward Court and Bradstow Court. This award is testament to the dedication and hard work of our service delivery teams who consistently strive to provide exception service to all our customers. We are extremely proud of their accomplishments and their recognition further reinforces our commitment to delivering high-quality services.
Housing 21 is a leading, not for profit provider of retirement housing and extra care for older people of modest means. Operating in nearly 200 local authority areas, they manage over 22,000 retirement and extra care living properties and providing over 38,000 hours of social care each week. King Edward Court, built in 2009, is in the coastal town of Herne Bay and comprises of 40 self-contained apartments. Bradstow Court, also built in 2009, is situated in the seaside town of Broadstairs, East Kent and comprises of 40 flats of one and two bedrooms with on-site care staff.
