We deliver planned preventative, breakdown and emergency maintenance to two adjacent sites in Westminster. These iconic, listed buildings have a public-facing restaurant and is a high-quality venue for business events, conferences and weddings.
The Solution
We have a dedicated mobile engineering team, carrying out maintenance on M&E plant, equipment and systems including condensers, ventilation systems and boilers underpinned with 24/7/365 emergency call-out response. It’s vitally important that our works are carried out with no disruption to day-to-day activities, and care and consideration is taken at all times when working in these prestigious buildings.
