The Challenge
This newly refurbished building has created 38 super prime 3-5 bedroom apartments for discerning residents complete 24-hour concierge, gym, spa, 25m swimming pool, underground valet car park, garden library, cinema room, courtyard garden & terrace, business centre, meeting room, games and function room, wine cellar, crèche and storage rooms. Our scope provides a complete technical maintenance package for all the building systems.
The Solution
Via our mobile teams we deliver maintenance of all the landlord’s central engineering services, systems and equipment including the management of specialist supplier and critical spares. Until all apartments are sold, we will provide caretaker maintenance to ensure all warranties are maintained, as well as enabling continued service once apartments are occupied.
