We’re proudly celebrating our 220 years anniversary this year. In 1803, George III was on the throne and Henry Addington (1st Viscount of Sidmouth) was our Prime Minister. We’re one of the oldest businesses in the UK, and our legacy is a source of deep pride, so protecting our future remains a powerful mantel of custodial responsibility for our leadership team.
Attracting, developing and retaining great people, who are motivated to deliver great service to our cherished customers are the raw ingredients of our success. But our historical resilience is predicated on remaining relevant to our customers and being agile enough to change when needed. It wouldn’t have always been easy, but achieving great results never is.
We’re now seizing the opportunity to drag our very traditional industry into the 21st powered by our expertise and our smart technology. We’re making buildings work better and will change the UK maintenance industry, for good.
In the video below, Steve McGregor, Managing Director at DMA, speaks about our anniversary year, attracting new and fresh talent, and drawing inspiration from the hard work, self-discipline and resilience of Karol Itauma and his brother Enriko, Olympic Gold and Junior World Championship medal winners. We’re proud to sponsor Karol and Riko, as they personify our DMA Group values of teamwork, respect and quality.
