After providing property and MEP maintenance for 3 years, The Lanesborough hotel has renewed and extended their maintenance agreement with DMA Group, that includes advice, design, PPM, projects and a 24/7 call out & repairs service all administered by our own Bio operational management system.
We are supporting The Lanesborough team’s focussed efforts to reopen this stunning hotel and have submitted reccomendations for improvements including a condition survey of all the main technical plant and we now deliver service to a wider list of equipment. In addition, we offer our specialist interior design, bespoke joinery manufacture and refurbishment service lines too.
