We are pleased to announce that Notting Hill Genesis Housing Association’s London office portfolio has awarded DMA Group with a multi-year M&E maintenance contract.
Formed in 2018 through the merger of two reputable housing associations, Notting Hill Genesis has become one of the largest housing associations in London and the South East. They possess and manage over 66,000 homes and have a workforce of about 2,000 individuals. They offer various types of housing and are devoted to maintaining their commitment of providing affordable homes to everyone. Their roots date back to the 1960s, when their legacy organisations were established by locals who shared the same goal of housing the working-class residents of west London, providing them with a stable home to create a secure future for themselves and their families.
DMA’s deliverable M&E maintenance contract services will include 24/7 planned and reactive maintenance, in addition to small works and projects, and energy services advice in support of NHG’s Net Zero objectives. We’ll be supporting Sussex Place, London, The Frederick Chancellor Building, Bruce Kendrick House, Oak Square, London, Bolney Street, and Bushy Office and Community Centre, Watford.
In true partnership, we are also supporting Notting Hill Genesis’s community connections and have made pledges of backing and commitment through education, apprenticeships, and sponsorships.
We are extremely proud once again to be associated with one of the UK’s largest housing associations, tackling the housing crisis in London. Their great reputation is an extension of their brand, and we are looking forward to enhancing the occupier experience of their customers, visitors within their buildings.
“We are thrilled to welcome back Notting Hill Genesis Housing Association as a valued customer of DMA Group. This re-acquisition of a multi-year M&E maintenance contract for their London portfolio is a testament to our team’s dedication and commitment to providing exceptional services.
We look forward to continuing our partnership with NHG, delivering quality service, supporting their Net Zero objectives, and delivering our social value commitments.” – Andrew Wood, CEO, DMA Group
