DMA Group Strengthens Commercial Leadership Team with Key Promotions
DMA Group has strengthened its commercial leadership team with the promotion of two experienced colleagues into newly expanded roles, supporting the company’s continued growth and commitment to delivering exceptional customer outcomes.
Rob Ware has been appointed as DMA Group’s new Head of Commercial, while Kris Fowell takes on the role of Head of Account Management.
The appointments reflect DMA Group’s ongoing investment in its people and its ambition to continue building strong customer partnerships across the UK.
Driving Commercial Excellence
In his new position, Rob will lead DMA Group’s commercial function, overseeing customer and supply chain contracts while ensuring the business continues to deliver outstanding service, robust contract governance and strong commercial performance.
Rob’s journey with DMA Group spans more than a decade. Having first worked with the business as an air conditioning contractor, he joined the company in 2012 and has since held a variety of project management and commercial roles, most recently serving as Head of Account Management.
Commenting on his appointment, Rob said:

Strengthening Customer Partnerships
Stepping into the role of Head of Account Management is Kris Fowell, who joined DMA Group in March 2025 as Customer Account Manager.
Kris began his career as an electrician more than 20 years ago before progressing into management roles across electrical services and facilities management. His extensive operational and customer-facing experience positions him well to lead DMA’s account management team.
