DMA Group Secures Hard FM Contract with London Borough of Sutton.

Property maintenance specialist, DMA Group, is delighted to announce its recent contract win with the London Borough of Sutton.

Serving approximately 210,000 residents across south-west London, London Borough of Sutton is recognised as one of the capital’s greenest boroughs, with a strong focus on sustainability, community wellbeing and delivering high-quality public services. As a unitary authority, the Council manages a diverse estate of corporate offices, libraries, children’s centres, leisure sites and commercial properties.

Under the new three-year contract, with the option to extend, DMA Group will deliver comprehensive Hard Facilities Management services across the Council’s operational and corporate estate.

The scope of works includes:

  • Planned preventative maintenance and statutory compliance testing
  • Reactive and emergency mechanical, electrical and fabric repairs
  • 24/7 emergency response
  • Capital project works and lifecycle asset replacement
  • Asset validation and compliance reporting

Central to delivery will be DMA’s award-winning service management platform, BiO®, which automates maintenance scheduling, tracks reactive works in real time and provides full compliance visibility.

The contract supports Sutton’s ambitions to be a smarter, greener and stronger borough.

Through our BiO® platform and experienced engineering teams, we look forward to maintaining safe, compliant and efficient buildings that support Sutton’s communities every day.”

Lydia Stanley, Head of Facilities Management at London Borough of Sutton, said:

‘We are delighted to appoint DMA as our new hard services provider and look forward to a strong and collaborative partnership from 1st April, focused on maintaining compliant and efficient buildings”.
