DMA Maintenance has announced the promotion of Wendy Bennett to Managing Director, effective January 1st, 2026.
With a proud history spanning 223 years, DMA Maintenance continues to evolve to meet the changing needs of its customers. Wendy’s appointment reflects both the strength of the company’s heritage and its ongoing development as a modern, forward-looking, and operationally strong business.
Having been with DMA business for five years, Wendy most recently served as Chief Operating Officer, where she has played a central role in strengthening operational performance, supporting sustainable growth, and embedding more efficient tech-led ways of working by embedding our own multi-award-winning BiO® maintenance management platform.
Her promotion demonstrates a clear focus on continuity and proven leadership. Wendy brings deep operational knowledge, a strong understanding of customer and service partner expectations, and a people-focused approach that supports consistent, high-quality service delivery.
As Managing Director, Wendy will work closely with the Board and her Senior Management Team to build on DMA’s long-standing foundations, while continuing to develop the business to support future growth and evolving customer requirements.
