It’s been a productive couple of weeks for our DMA Facilities & Maintenance sales team, having securing exciting deals to service and maintain super-prime apartments in London.
These are typically 3-5 bedroom apartments in serviced blocks in exclusive parts of central London, ranging from £10-15 million each up to £80-90 million and absolutely beautiful inside and benefit from spa, gym, valet underground parking, private courtyard gardens, private dining and much more and often serviced by the world’s leading hospitality brands.
Last week we received instructions from Four Seasons Residences for the maintenance of the M&E services at 20 Grosvenor Square in Mayfair, reputed to be 37 of the world’s best apartments in the most sought after address, with potential for additional services within the apartments themselves too. Our new customers were impressed by our added value ability to offer all of our service lines that define our Life of Building model, particularly fit out and Joinery. Well done team DMA!
