Wendy will lead our account management and customer care teams to realise best-in-class processes that will achieve industry leading levels of customer satisfaction.
Wendy’s extensive customer service and operational experience includes running large customer helpdesks and deploying field-based engineering resources within the built environment, as well as in fast-moving, online consumer products.
Our cloud-based service management platform, BiO®, will remain at the heart of our offer, eventually enabling us to transform our industry via unrivalled levels of business process automation, right through to the engineer on site. BiO® provides our customers with end-to-end visibility and control at every step, as well as providing an online repository for all their building information that’s accessible on any device, anytime, anywhere and at no cost.
