Energy Performance Self-Assessment

A quick benchmark of how well your estate is managing energy, cost and carbon.

This assessment gauges how well your organisation manages its buildings' energy performance, from day-to-day efficiency to long-term sustainability. You'll answer 15 questions across five areas: energy efficiency, carbon and cost alignment, building performance and occupant experience, data and visibility, and long-term strategy. It should take less than five minutes to complete.

Answer for your estate as a whole. If unsure, pick the option that best reflects where things stand today. The goal is an honest snapshot, not a precise audit.

How it's scored? Each section is worth up to 6 points, giving a total out of 30. Your score places you in one of three bands, each with a short summary of what it suggests and where the biggest opportunities to improve cost, carbon and comfort are likely to be.
